I’m Asian and have black hair and the 03 Rich Brown fits really nicely with my color palette. It fills in the brows beautifully and keeps my eyebrow hairs moving in the same direction. For a more defined dramatic look, I’ll use an eyebrow powder and then finish off with the Lock eyebrow mascara but most days, using just the mascara is perfect. TWO THUMBS UP! Would buy again!
