Shipping
We accept returns for refund within 30 days of purchase. When making a return to us by mail and we receive your unused/unopened item within 30 days of the purchase date, you will be eligible to receive a full refund.; item(s) MUST be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Fraud Prevention does not allow refunds to be issued until damaged, defective, or incorrect items have been received at warehouse.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us in its original condition. Once the item is received at warehouse in its original condition, your refund will be issued. Return shipping and handling fees are customer responsibility. We do not accept packages that are categorized as collection.
Shipment as all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of defective product.
– When you return your purchase to us by mail within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s) once we received your return.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase will not be accepted.
– Any opened or used product cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Damaged / Defective/ Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item in your order please contact customer service (contact@lockcolor.com) and we will help you replace the item.
Once damaged or defective item has been checked in at our warehouse, we will quickly send out your replacement item.
Refunds
Please allow 1-3 weeks from receipt of return to our warehouse for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
