How to use
Shake well before use.
Apply with narrow part of the brush to create a thin and precise line or apply with flat side of the brush for thick and bold line.
Close the cap after use.

I ordered color #2 deep brown. It goes on smooth and can be applied thick or thin.It does bleed slightly while still wet but once it dries it stays in place.On my hand it stays in place even after multiple hand washes but on my eye lids it cracks a little on the edges and I can scratch it off a little.I can apply this very precisely with the tip too.While I put on, when it’s still drying, it does irritate my eyes a little.

Pretty nice waterproof flat brush eyeliner.Very smooth and has dual flat brush, very easy to apply.Also, dry fast and can last whole day.I like it.

This eyeliner was very easy to apply with the flat brush. It is similar to a felt tip pen. Two coats gets a nice, rich color, more like a black/brown. Once dry, no smudging at all. I don’t normally use liquid eyeliners, but I had no problem at all applying this. I’ve only been wearing this for four hours right now, but I do feel like this would be an all liner. When I wipe my eyes, it doesn’t budge.My only complaint is the cap. It is spring loaded, which I’ve never experienced before. When I was replacing the cap, I didn’t press hard enough to hear it click into place, and it shot off across the room. I had to crawl under a desk to get it.

I love the point on this eyeliner. The precision tip is just amazing, and the ability to lay the eyeliner sideways and make for a more dramatic line is awesome. That flexibility is really nice, especially for someone who normally resorts to pencil liners to get the desired control.I did have trouble with the “waterproof” aspect – you definitely have to shake the eyeliner more than five times to get any sort of waterproof experience, and even then, I didn’t find that the eyeliner quite stuck it out. I have to put eye drops in throughout the day, and I end up with a rather smudged look, instead of the finely-drawn eye the pen tip originally offered.I wish the formula had been up to the tool – the pen itself is amazing. I’ll definitely wear this on days where I’m just going out for short events, and don’t have to put drops in.

I’ve been looking far and near for an eyeliner that does not smear and is waterproof! This eyeliner is thee best! It’s so easy to apply and the ink is very dark and opaque! Worth the money!

I’ve been using liquid eyeliner for 10+ years now and this one is the winner for sure, and at a very affordable price too! My only complaint is the packaging: the white stripe print on the pen’s body peels off after a while and stick to my fingers and sometimes face and is very hard to wipe off, like glitters. If the pen is in my cosmetic bag, everything else inside would get this tiny peelings on it. I hope they will consider simplify the packaging so it doesn’t create a mess that’s impossible to clean. Other than that, I love this liner!

I like this eyeliner because it dries really fast. You can use it wide or thin and it stays put. I may order another in the brown color. This is my kind of eyeliner since it stays on, dries fast and is waterproof. Recommended.

Well, it’s definitely long lasting, and it definitely stays where you put it….so apply carefully, because if you make a mistake you’ll need a cleanser or eye makeup remover to fix it. The brush is small and flat, making application pretty simple. All in all, this is a pretty good eyeliner!

This is my new favorite. I think the quality is even better than what i used to use, plus price is beautiful !
It basically fits all of the requirements I’d want.
It’s affordable, extremely black, easy to use, waterproof and stays on for a long time !
due to covid-19 I have to wear a mask to cover all my face but need eyeliner that only i can wear now.

I actually love this eyeliner. It dries matte, comes off ultra black, and does not smudge. I would say that it’s one of my favorites next to the Benefit roller liner. It’s a product I would recommend for anyone with oily lids to use since it does not budge! The price is also considerably better to other brands such as KVD Beauty and Fenty.

I’m obsessed with this eyeliner. I have been using brush eyeliners since I was 13 and have used everything from in the pot liners like Revlon and Maybelline to pens from Clinique and Lancome, to more recent brands like Fenty and Glossier. None hold a candle to Lock – I was hesitant at first since this brand is not as well known but when I saw the “Get It Beauty” seal, I knew I had to try it. That seal is SO WELL DESERVED!!! How is this product not more well known?! The brush is soft and smooth. But the real winning quality in this pen is the formula – it lasts so long – does not flake after drying, easy to apply, does not easily rub off but washes away with foam cleanser. This eyeliner pen has become a staple in my makeup bag and is the first eyeliner I reach for every day. The icing on the cake is that the price is so cheap compared to other brands but the quality of the luxe brands like MAC and Bobbi Brown. Thank you LOCK!!!!!!
